Stephen Wilson

I first started massaging in the mid 90's by doing massage swaps with friends. I didn't really know what to do, but copied what they did! I then went on a introductory weekend course to learn the basic skills of massage which boosted my confidence, and by the feedback from friends, the quality of my massage skills.

It wasn't until 2002 that I fully qualified as a massage therapist, though my previous experience certainly helped me get the most from my training. I now specialise in relaxing body massage and in sports massage therapy.

I have also been practising meditation since 1991 and have taught meditation and personal development skills in Ipswich for a number of years.
