Meditation
A lot of people will have a massage regularly to help manage stress and to enjoy the deep sense of relaxation that often accompanies it. For some this isn't enough and they will want a way to help them relax at other times. This is where meditation can help.
Meditation has been practised for thousands of years as a way of calming the mind, increasing creativity and giving a sense of spaciousness to one’s life. Though there are many different types of meditation, the simple practice of being aware of the breath for a few minutes each day can have a surprising effect on the quality of life.
If you are interested in meditation I can include a short introduction at the end of a massage. If you prefer, you can book a session specifically to learn how to meditate.
