Sports Therapy
From time to time, we all suffer from soft tissue injuries, whether caused by sport or other activities. Injuries could range from a strained back or a sprained ankle to a frozen shoulder or repetitive strain injury. Sports therapy can help alleviate the problem or help you recover without further injury.
Most treatments start with an initial one hour session to assess the problem and start the sports therapy. Subsequent sessions are usually half an hour and will include a treatment together with rehabilitative exercises and stretches to be carried out on your own.
